Processing Time
All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 7 days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, including weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS when applicable.
