At Miranda’s Creative Cups, all custom-made items are created specifically to your unique preferences, including colors, designs, names, and other personalized details. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales on custom items are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that all details submitted (spelling, colors, design choices, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
